1. What kind of workers do you recruit?

Taa-Haa recruits skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled manpower for a variety of industries. They can place mid/senior management professionals, doctors, engineers, IT professionals, skilled technicians, and more. They also cater to clients needing plumbers, electricians, masons, and other trade workers.

2. How long does it take to fill a position?

Once Taa-Haa receives confirmation of your requirements, they can organize interviews within 7 to 10 days.

3. What documents do I need to provide as a client?

You will need to provide an attested demand letter, a power of attorney attested by the Bangladeshi embassy in the host country, and an employment agreement contract.

4. What is your screening process for candidates?

Taa-Haa conducts preliminary interviews to assess skills, experience, and qualifications. They also arrange for medical examinations and trade tests at government-approved institutions. Finally, they shortlist qualified candidates and conduct in-depth interviews before sending them for your approval.

5. What guarantee do you offer?

Taa-Haa provides a 3-month guarantee on their placements. If a candidate is found unfit during this time (excluding accidents), they will be repatriated at Taa-Haa's expense, and they will find a replacement for you free of charge.
